Ben Efraimov found his passion in Commercial Real Estate and has worked with some of the best in the business. Most recently with B6 Real Estate Advisors where he focused on Investment Sales in the NYC markets. Previously, he joined Massey Knakal Realty Services in 2013 as Director of Sales, which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield. Ben has been involved in approximately $180 million in investment sales volume and has over 20 years of experience in development, construction, management, and brokerage.

Earlier, he served as an Operations Manager for a property management company. In that role, he restructured the day-to-day operations, customized the management software, and made significant staffing adjustments. He prepared annual budgets, monitored and reviewed accounts receivable, accounts payable, monthly owner’s reports, cash flow analysis and pro formas. He supervised and coordinated construction projects, subcontractors, vendors, and maintenance staff for contract requirements and daily operational activities.

Previously, Ben served as Principle at Global Developers Group Inc., a New York based Development and Contracting company where he developed, or project managed approximately half a million square feet. Earlier in his career he spent time as Vice President/Operations Officer in Costa Del Sol, Malaga, Spain. There he led teams of professionals in the development of several notable projects, one being a large, luxury 144-unit townhouse development, and another, a state-of-the-art hotel where he negotiated the terms of the operating agreement that brought the renowned hotel brand Radisson’s flagship property to the country.

Ben is excited to bring his experiences, knowledge, and resources to StreetWise. He knows New York better then most and has the street smarts to get things done! Ben is also a licensed broker in the State of Florida, where he resides part time.

Ben lives in Forest Hills, NY with his wife Emmeline, Daughter Amelia, and Son Daniel.
